Our priorities are:
- gastronomy in regional tradition
- education and further training of gastronomy personell from the Spree-Neisse-Bober region (german, sorbish and polish chefs, waitresses and waiters)
- broad palette of services (gastronomy service for meetings and workshops) set up accordingly to the event, with hot dinner or cold fingerfood and drinks
